PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Products (Accessories and Stock Items)

Orders for standard products may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@fenestras24.com or +44 7888 865610. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return under our returns policy.

Made-to-Measure Products

Orders for made-to-measure products, including garage doors, windows, doors, exterior screens, pergolas and other bespoke items, may only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, and only if production has not yet started. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible, and the full purchase price remains payable.

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

If applicable, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made will not be refunded.
